Meet the owners of Amelia's By The Sea in Spring Lake, NJ. Carmen and Liam Moloney are proud to represent fine dining by the Jersey Shore. An involved family of five, the Moloney's are a staple part of the community by contributing to various philanthropies in the area and providing a homey environment for friends and families to gather.

 

Liam grew up in the service industry and has always been passionate about not just providing great food and service, but amazing hospitality. He has co-owned several restaurants in New Jersey including Delmonica's Steaks & Beyond, with the late James Gandolfini, as well as Bareli's in Secaucus. Since opening Bareli's by the Sea in 2017, he has since branched out on his own and is looking forward to continuing offering a sumptuous cuisine with a fine dining experience.

 

Their vision to re-name Bareli's By The Sea after their daughter, Amelia Rose, is a testament to their love of family and longtime tradition that they hope will last for generations to come.
